		RESIDENTIAL SERVICE The Pool Man provides service in both Indiana and Kentucky. Payment due at time of service for all service. Service Pricing (Effective January 01, 2010) *Pool Opening* Inground: Remove & clean cover, remove, drain and clean water bags, hook up and check all equipment, remove water plugs, reinstall all ladders & handrails - $280 plus chemicals. Above ground: Remove and clean cover, hook up and check all equipment, reinstall ladders or steps, add sand to filter if needed ($8.99 per 50 lb bag) - $210 plus chemicals. Both: Green or dirty pools will require an extra charge for cleaning. If there is a large amount of debris on the top of the cover there will be an extra charge to remove it. DOES NOT INCLUDE VACUUMING. *Pool Closing* Inground: Treat water, prepare lines, plug the lines, remove ladders, clean and store equipment, put cover on. - $280 plus chemicals. Above ground: Treat water, remove ladders or stairs, plug skimmer and return, clean and store equipment, put cover on - $210 plus chemicals. Both: Dirty or green pools will require an extra charge for the time spent cleaning it.
